✔ Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and anti-inflammatory medications (like aspirin, ibuprofen) 48 hours before treatment to minimize bruising
✔ Avoid excessive sun exposure before your appointment
✔ Come to your appointment with a clean face (no makeup, lotion, or sunscreen)
Post-Treatment Care
✔ Do not touch, massage, or apply pressure to the treated area for at least 24 hours
✔ Avoid intense exercise, saunas, hot tubs, or excessive heat exposure for 24-48 hours
✔ Expect mild swelling, redness, or bruising, which should resolve within 3-7 days
✔ Stay hydrated to support the longevity of your fillers
✔ Avoid dental procedures or facials for 1-2 weeks
